Step 1 :: Readiness Assessment

- Does your company have trained project managers?
- Does your company have a project management methodology?
Once we have determined that your healthcare IT staff is prepared for the implementation, we move to the next step, Sizing and Configuration.
Step 2 :: Sizing and Configuration
A comprehensive analysis is done
to discover the number of users and projects that will need
to be served by the EPM equipment.
Step 3 :: Server Installation
Once the server equipment required
has been purchased, we install the necessary software and
set up all servers. Once server installation is complete,
users are set up according to their roles.
Step 4 :: Training
Once the system is set up, we do a complete training series for the following users:
- Executives
- Portfolio Managers / Project Managers
- Resource Managers, and
- Team Members
After the training is complete, the company can begin to work within the system. After completion, we can also provide Support and Integration with existing technology to improve productivity even further.
Step 5 :: Support
Chances are that you will have questions or concerns after everything is up and running. We provide telephone and e-mail support, as well as online training material for refreshers.
Step 6 :: Integration
As a final step, we provide an analysis of how we can integrate other systems within the work environment into the EPM solution.
